WHO WE SERVE · CHARITIES AND CICS
You’ve got a logo, a website and a few social graphics, which was enough to get started. It won’t stretch to the reports, appeals, decks, job adverts and partner packs that come next. We redesign your brand as a system that will.
You’re starting to fundraise, and your materials look like five different organisations made them.
A funder or partner is about to look you up.
You’re hiring, and the job advert looks like it came from somewhere else.
Someone discovered Canva and things escalated.
The work is stronger than the way you present it.
Weak branding makes trust harder to earn. You feel it in fundraising, recruitment, partnerships and every time you explain your impact.
Brand redesign and a brand system your team can run with.
A look and a way of speaking that fit what you’ve become, and what you’re about to be.
Templates for reports, appeals, decks, social posts, job adverts and partner packs.
A case for support and a grant pack in the same look as everything else.
One place where staff, trustees, volunteers and freelancers find the rules. We build one for every brand client.
Organising communities of volunteers, or the people your mission supports.
Recruitment, onboarding, roles and recognition, so the people who want to help can.
WhatsApp, SMS and Discord spaces for members, supporters and the people you serve.
The people your mission supports, given a way to speak for the work, with safeguarding built in.

if you’d rather start with where you stand.
A writer, a designer, an editor and a strategist, paid for by the job rather than by the salary. The templates mean you stop paying a designer every time someone needs a poster.
Paid media for fundraising and awareness campaigns, volunteer recruitment, events, supporter acquisition and service awareness. We’ll tell you when the brand and website are ready to carry it. Paid Media →
CONCEPT
A charity very close to my heart, helping me through homelessness. They do an inspiring job of raising life chances for young people across the Portsmouth area, so we gave them a concept for an identity that looks just as inspiring.
